Darcie Single-Alevizos has been involved in the fitness industry as an instructor for over 25 years. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist for the past 20 years, she has counseled her clients on healthy eating. Her love of helping others on their way to optimum health, drives her to continue her education and engage in life long learning. Darcie graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with a focus in Athletic Therapy and is a Certified Athletic Therapist.

WHAT IS PILATES?

STOTT PILATES® is a mind-body exercise based on the work of the late Joseph H. Pilates. The curriculum of exercises can be performed on a mat, or with STOTT PILATES® equipment, such as the STOTT PILATES® Reformer. The goal is to help participants achieve optimal musculoskeletal performance including strength, flexibility and endurance. Everyone can benefit from Pilates, including those with rehabilitation needs to elite athletes.
